Day 1… of new plan

Today was day one of my new plan..

  • No counting calories
  • Eat healthy nutritious meals
  • Exercise on treadmill 5 days a week

I am 3 weeks pp, and healing pretty well from my c-section so I decided to get into a new workout routine.

18 minutes on treadmill on 2.5 at a incline of 4.
